Chad Cullison, O.D.
Dr. Chad Cullison’s ultimate goal following graduation from optometry school was to have his own practice. That goal was achieved in November 2009 when he established Cullison Eye Care.
Dr. Cullison grew up in Arkansas and graduated from Arkansas State University. After completing his undergraduate education, he moved to Memphis to earn his doctorate at Southern College of Optometry. While at SCO, he received hands-on training in all aspects of optometric care including primary care, contact lenses, ocular disease, low vision, vision therapy, and pediatrics. Additionally, Dr. Cullison completed an externship program specializing in ocular disease at John J. Pershing VA Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, and in pediatrics and vision therapy with Dr. Berger and Dr. Taylor in Columbia, Maryland.
He is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Tennessee Association of Optometric Physicians.
Dr. Cullison is married to Rebecca and they have two children – Ella and Henry. When not in the office, Dr. Cullison enjoys spending time with his family, running, watching sports, and being an active member of the Collierville community.
Meade Kendrick IV, O.D.
Dr. Meade Kendrick IV, a native of Memphis, TN, graduated from Samford University and earned his Doctorate of Optometry from the Southern College of Optometry (SCO). At SCO, Dr. Kendrick gained extensive experience in various specialties, including primary care, contact lenses, ocular disease, low vision, vision therapy, and pediatrics. He participated in externship programs with a strong focus on primary care, ocular disease, ocular surgery pre- and post-management, and contact lenses.
Dr. Kendrick is a member of both the American Optometric Association and the Tennessee Association of Optometric Physicians.
Dr. Kendrick is married to his wife, Libby and they have a son, Meade V.
